5 Reviews on “Wells Fargo Bank”
Called to see if they notarize. They said yes. When I drove all the way there, they required that both signers needed to have an account. Thanks for telling me this on the phone and saving me a 40 mile trip. I had an account with Wells Fargo and canceled the account bc they are rude. I waited in line 15 minutes before they even greeted me! Tellers are super slow. At least in Dallas the “important people” come out of their offices to greet you & see how they can help you.
I had a 5 star experience today with Sarah. By far the best experience inside of a branch. I had a few check that needed to be deposited and Sarah took care of it for me. She also asked if I needed anything else. I had a question in reference to my account and she offered to look into my account and call me back. I was driving through and needed to get back on the road. She is the first representative that offered so I gladly left my number. Sarah called me back in a timely manner with plenty of information and options for me to choose from. She also offered to set up an appointment once for me to come back. I live about 45 minutes away from this branch but I will gladly make the appointment and the drive to get this level of service. Thank you Sarah!!
If I could give a zero star I would. I went into the Hillsboro location today to open an account for my 15 year old daughter. Was told at first that I could do it at 4 pm. Told the lady that I will just wait there until then. She then went to the person that we would have been talking to and that lady told her that she didn’t have any opening available for today. There was absolutely nobody in the bank at the time we was there. Was asked to come back tomorrow at 4 pm. I told them that I could not do that because my daughter has to be at work at 5 pm. I then asked about Friday and the lady said that she only had a slot for 3 pm or 4 pm. Me myself has three different accounts with Wells Fargo. I had issues with this same lady last year also with a notarization. She didn’t act like she wanted to do it. Me and my husband told her that we would just take our business else where and only then did she decide that she would do it. I can go to any other Wells Fargo location and be seen that day for my needs, but not at this location. The tellers are the only ones at this location that in my opinion actually do their job. The others just seem like they are just there for a pay check and don’t care about the customers that keep their location open. Instead of driving to the nearest location to where I live, I guess that I will drive about 30 minutes to an hour from where I live and do business with employees that actually care about their customers. I am seriously thinking about telling everyone that I know not to even think about the Wells Fargo location in Hillsboro, TX for their banking needs. Get employees that actually care about the customers and actually want to work and do their job. It would not have taken but maybe 15 minutes tops to do what I was wanting to do.
Not sure about the complaints below, maybe a couple fair points, but most seem directed more towards Wells Fargo then this specific branch.
For me however, always easy in and easy out for whatever I have needed taken care of, personal accounts or business. Sometimes yes, you need to be patient…..but thats any business thats busy at the time you arrive. Everyone that works there is friendly and easy to do business with.
This was the worst experience at a branch that I have ever had. The branch manager, Lavonda Sanders was argumentative and condescending. I have several business accounts and have for some time but the experiences I have had there with the manager is making me rethink whether I stay. She either argued with me or blamed everything on Wells Fargo corporate taking no personal responsibility. I like to work w local branches when I do work so I will try another branch bf making my decision
