I agree that the folks at this bank are “small-town friendly.” My problem is that they are not open for a half day on Saturday at the West Branch, anyway. Also, CSB uses a third-party “Fraud Department”. I lost my wallet during an ambulance trip night before last. I need my CSB debit card re-issued. Neither my bank, nor the fraud department is open. It is Saturday morning as I write this review.
I have been with Citizens for 5 years now and haven’t had any complaints. I love how friendly/happy all the workers are. Any time I call with a question or I can’t figure something out on the online banking they are always so happy to help. I highly recommend them!

These people at this bank make a person feel like family. We are new to this town and see no reason to ever want to leave. Glad to be here and raise my family in a good environment..Thank you for being so accommodating……. Update on citizens State still very kind and accommodating but it seems only to customers because it seems after 2 years of withdrawing money off of my cards through cash advance they no longer offer it to anyone unless you’re a customer was told today that in order to withdraw $1,000 I would have to use their ATM so that their fees could be calculated up to profit instead of convenience for the customer even though I’m not a account holder doesn’t really change the fact that I was still a customer but so be the way of
