I don’t think I’ve ever had a better banking experience and what made it was the people! Tracy, Gloria, Dacia and Becky were so good to me. Opened up a personal account and business account. I like the fact that being a now Abilene local I’ll be able to put a face to those dealing with my hard earned money and help me manage it. Thanks again for all your help! Last year I asked for a secured $500 loan. They made around $1,000 of interest rates from my loan. When I asked for a regular loan they yelled do you have good credit and denied me! The women are so rude and they insulted me about my age as well! They are bottom feeders!
My husband has been banking there for years. However, we recently had our will done and they refuse to have their notary sign them. Thank goodness for having an acct @ Teacher’s Fed. C.U.! Their notaries will sign wills and Staff are more pleasant there also!

This bank is always open. They have the best customer service hours. They are open for customer service most federal holidays. They are a state bank with local employees. The bank has over 70 locations across our state. They offer no fee checking accounts with no minimum deposit.
