I had several transactions to complete so I decided to go inside the credit Union instead of using the drive-up window. Anna was extremely helpful and as usual, greeted me by name. She was very helpful and professional. She is an asset to this fine establishment!
I switched to Valley almost 10 years ago when I got married. I have only ever had good experiences here. Credit Unions are supposed to be more member-focused, and the Cody branch of Valley certainly is. Any time that I need help, they are competent, friendly and motivated to help me; whether it’s Peter, Michelle, Jeff, or anyone else! Just yesterday I was in a bind, not knowing about a payment security limit. I called, they cleared the way for me on the spot and had me stay on the phone to confirm success. I couldn’t ask for a better financial institution!
Incredible experience. I came in with a big dilemma, and Peter was kind and calm while he was helping me. He gave me options and an end goal. I was able to come back a few days later, and he remembered exactly what my issue was. He helped me as much as he could and then sent me to Jeff. Jeff was a delight to work with. Very positive attitude and incredibly understanding. Jeff and Peter made me confident in doing business there.
The small but mighty branch office in Cody is a great benefit to the community. From the skilled Teller staff like Rebekah to Michelle in Lending and Jeff as branch manager. Valley earns my business every day! Thank you – Recommend.
