I have been with prosperity Bank for a long time customer and recently me and my youngest son open an account for him all services we’re great I want to say that Ravyn Giles was awesome she has been helping me with my accounts and has great customer service very Professional and overall everyone there is very friendly helpful and professional
I opened a checking acct at this location a several months ago. Anyway, the acct kind of stayed dormant for a few months until the past few weeks. I went through the drive thru to make a deposit last month (mid August) with the intent of starting to transition into this bank from Teachers. The girl that helped me was very abrupt, unfriendly and basically cut me off mid sentence, giving me the impression she had better things to do. I let that go… I went back today but decided to use the lobby. When I walked in the lady who sits to the right pretty much ignored me. And actually shes the one who opened my acct. I walked up to the teller windows, and again ignored by THREE employees. I stood there and stood there, even turned back and made eye contact with the lady at the desk in the front, she just shuffled some papers ,and went to the copier. No, “we’ll be right with you.”..nothing, just like I’m a ghost standing there. This ignoring goes on for like 7 maybe 8 minutes, minimum. I’m about ready to walk out at this point. The girl that finally helped me after nearly ten minutes, pretty much acted like I was interrupting something.I have never been treated like this at First Financial, or Teacher’s. So this is 3 times I experienced rudeness, including the day I opened the acct.
I’ve had my accounts with Prosperity for several years now and have never had any issues. I always come to this branch and they are always happy to help! They are friendly and knowledgeable and make a trip to the bank a great experience. I really appreciate everything they do and their amazing customer service! I highly recommend coming here for all of your banking needs!
Inherited an account here and have had it closed for about a week now. This bank operates like it’s the dark ages. Closing early, rude customer service, outdated facilities and services, etc. Went round and round to make my account work before going elsewhere. Much easier to bank anywhere else, I’m not sure why anyone would choose to continue doing business at Prosperity.
Staff is not friendly at all, ever.. they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience.
Years ago this used to be my favorite bank to come to, NOT anymore.. I dread it every morning when bringing my stores deposits.
