I was told last week by the branch manager to come before 4:30 and I could open my sons high school account. I came at 4 and Ashley said I can’t because they don’t open accounts after 4. The branch manager was also unavailable due to his birthday. So I was not helped at all and Ashley Jauregui was full of attitude and was very rude. I had asked for a piece of paper and she was very disrespectful. Nicole was nice and was trying to be understanding. But Ashley definitely needs to get customer service training.
Never answer phones and ATM either down or can’t count deposits correctly!!!
This is my Chase bank. Don’t let the lines fool you outside they move quite fast. On Saturdays it does get quite busy with everyone trying to deposit or make payments right before closing time at 2..never fails. Great service
