It’s important to when the manager leaves on vacation to have competent supervisors that take the initiative and educate themselves if you are to be in the banking business, there are credit cards with banking checking, savings services offering higher interest rates therefore when presented with a bank check from such institutions process them as a check not a cash advance check. In any case the inability for Sidney Rivera to not make a decision is the most disappointing matter, not only making her incapable of a leader but if your policy is to cash only to the available limit and then the limit is there, and turning around and lying to the customer that you won’t be able to cash a check is terrible customer service.
