Great service , friendly staff
Horrible customer service.
Big bank, desks empty. No one acknowledges anyone when they come in. 15-20 min wait and still no one helps or let’s you know if they will. Driving extra 15 min to a McAllen branch.
Not very helpful at all to explain things, and they make fun of you. I don’t think I was being funny at all.

They cancelled our cards ! And didn’t issue us new ones ! They embarrassed us and made us late in our automatic bill pay they are the worst by far
