DO NOT BANK HERE! ATM CONSTANTLY MALFUNCTIONS. TAKES DAYS TO RECOUP. DEPOSITS TAKE UP TO A WEK TO GO THROUGH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTING. LOOK AT HOW MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS. GARBAGE BANK.SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES. DO NOT BANK HERE.
I will definitely change bank. Ibc is horrible. Atm machine doesnt work often. They just have one or two employees in the drive thru and inside. I was just going to cash a check and waited 40 minutes inside. Don’t recommend it at all. Will cancel my 3 accounts
Stupid. The day I don’t check to see if the teller returned my Texas id is the day she doesn’t return it.!!!! Ridiculous just wasting my time. They always take forever through the drive thru. If there was another IBC closer to me I wouldn’t be going to this one.
They used to have a good customer service…Sometimes…but lately they are very slow and when I went inside I asked a woman who was taking some copies, (an easy question) and she answered me but in very bad way… 👎 …
They usually are quick about their business.. Fast professional service. I only wish they had more locations and more free atms available. Other than that they do a great job overall
