By far the WORST bank, please do not use BBVA. I have been banking here for 8 months and have yet to receive a debit card despite having had SIX DIFFERENT customer service representatives (3 from this location) telling me it’s been reordered or it’s on its way (I have waited at least 3 weeks each time before calling although they said 5-7 business days) I have never been the type of person to be so upset at a situation like this as I work in customer service and I know things happen but EIGHT MONTHS?? no. no excuses.
I was sent from drive thru to lobby at 12:58
Teller let me know lobby would unlock the door as they were expecting me. I stood there for 20 minutes until teller came out to tell me they were closed. I let her know drive thru made them aware I was coming over
She told me should would get manager, I waiting there another 5 minutes and no one came to assist
If your parents bank here BEWARE! My mother in law had over $20k in a CD for over a decade with a very SUSPICIOUS interest gained. I’m highly considering opening an investigation. We moved her money to a more credible institution.
They can have 15 people in line and nobody will get up from their desk to open another box to work as a teller. I’ve worked at a bank. They are capable of helping tellers. They choose to let their customers wait, probably while surfing the web on their computers, without any urgency to tend to anyone. Thanks Compass, it’s an honor being your customer.
Worst customer service
They don’t cash check through the drive thru you have to go to the lobby no exceptions because that’s their policy . If I don’t have an account I am not consider a customer . The fee for them to cash a check $10.00 from their own bank. It would be nice to let customers know the fee at the drive thru before wasting more time and making a long line at the lobby.
