Always having problems with my bank account , I’ve called three times and not once have they given me the information I needed Im always either put on hold or the call is declined.
I stood in line while people chatted away with each other. Thwy saw me but didnt acknowledge..charges $7 to cash a check if you don’t have an account.
Nobody greeting customers!!! I sign in and they not calling people by list. Very unprofessional!!!
Well they shut down last week for a couple days for no reason leaving me without any $ and didn’t offer an explanation when they returned makes me think they had someone come up with covid
What’s the point of the acquisition if you’re still the same bank? Long lines, long wait times, one person at the teller box?…. This isn’t the way to run business. I hate that I had to cash a check with you all
