30 minutes just to deposit my check and there was no one else in the motor banking but me when I got here! HORRIBLE!! NOT THE FIRST TIME.. CHANGING BANKS!
I had concerns about my account and how to get help with them…the bank’s staff right away asked me if I needed help and that was it !…with in a minute I was getting the help/advice I was looking for and the knowledge that I was hoping for…on top of a very courteous manner from the person I was talking to…I left the bank feeling relieved and satisfied with the treatment that I experienced. Thank you IBC.
iBC has changed a lot, employees are not as inviting, and just don’t make u feel welcome. Well I guess this is IBC’s image now. Take 30 minuts to attend you outside and don’t bother to look and see what it is you need before telling you after waiting so long that u need to get off and go inside. And they don’t even apologize the shrug it off like oh well another one bites the dust, next. No wonder business looks slow. Well I’ll take my business else where.
The telleres in this branch need retraining. I went to deposit a check from one of my IBC accounts to another IBC account. The teller cashed the check from one account but didnt deposit to the other as cash. She deposited it as a check!! I am out of $1500 for3 days !
Worst service. The tellers are slow and have bad customer service; they do not greet the customer and they don’t thank them after a transaction either. Should not have to wait for over 20 minutes for a simple transaction.
