Great bank! Been with them for almost a decade and I have never had any issues. Customer service is fantastic and they operate in a quick efficient manner so you are in and out real quick.
I visited this branch and to fix some issues with my account, I requested to speak to branch manager( monica) I was told she was in a meeting, I asked if she could call me that day, I did not receive a call even though I called the bank and left messages 3 times.
I called the following day , and a day after that.
I never got a call back from branch manager.
Last time I called they stated they had delivered every message to her.
No Customer service. This branch is always lonely, they don’t seem to be busy at all
I was pleasantly surprised to be treated with respect and timely this morning. Thank you, this was a good trip to used MY cash…. Going to the main branch has always been peppered with disrespectful and condescending staff, I rather die the 1,000 deaths.
My personal account information was shared with others by bribing an officer there. That’s all it takes. Very corrupt! Don’t bank here. They don’t respect privacy.
