Even though they don’t have much staff in this branch they give better customers service than most banks do and they are also more friendly
I keep having issues with this bank, they lock my account when I call to verify what’s happening they keep transferring me, I go to the bank and I have to call again, they solve the problem then it happens again. Now I think this account is locked but a transaction somehow goes through then they overdraft me and once again I’m told to call one again I’m told I have to visit a branch I’m so exhausted and confused by the terrible customer service. WORST BANK.

Terrible service, the workers Luis and Daisy do not want to do their job and help me with my account, I recommend not receiving deposits from anywhere that is not in their name because they reject it, this is happening to me with a deposit for my son and they do not want to help me add it to the account so they don’t reject your deposit 😡it’s a shame you had years with this bank
Went by this branch on 3/31/21 at 3:45 p.m. to cash a $2300.00 check, was told by clerk that the bank was short of $100.00 bills, so I walked out with all $50.00 bills. When was the last time a bank ran out of $100.00 bills??? Unbelievable.
