    Forget going to the ATM they’re ALWAYS out of order but still in service. So you’ll spend about 30 minutes in line just to find out it doesn’t even dispense or take deposits. Anyone who goes to this location, I’m positive, is fed up with their old machinery. To make matters worse they added advertisements to their ATM’s which people literally decide “hey let me click on this while there’s a line of 9 cars behind me.” LoL what a mess.

    Had a problem with a claim I filed, and I needed to speak to a banker, however the guy said he was training and couldn’t help me, and wouldn’t let me speak to a banker, even though it was an urgent matter. Very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Wont ever be going to this branch again. So I had to come up to the branch on Ruben Torres. We’ll see how it goes here…

    Horrible service!! I came here to solve a problem with my account in California. As I was told to do so. The lady was rude said she couldn’t do anything for me, put me back in line and ask me to get more details about my account. I did so. Signed again to go back in line and had the same older lady. Same, she said she couldn’t do anything I got frustrated and told her I was trying to fix the mistakes of the guy who took care of my bank account in California and I was not mad at her. She said she couldn’t do anything and ask me to leave. Everybody speaks in Spanish there. Well guess what I speak Spanish perfectly too!! Although I don’t look like!!! Ha ha so when you talk about me in my back I understand!!! Horrible service!!! If there was the possibility to put 0 stars that’s how I would rate that place!!! I drove an hour, waited more than an hour at the bank and I have to drive back for another hour. Thank you chase!!! You ruined my day!!!!

    I’ve had Chase for going on 10 years but in the past couple of years they’ve made a lot of changes and I wasn’t sure I was going to continue banking with them. I came to the Boca Chica location and I have to say that Daniela D. is the only reason I continue to bank with Chase, she always goes above and beyond to help and help me understand anything I have questions with. She always has a smile on her face and is extremely professional, I will continue to use Chase as long as Daniela is working there. She’s also been amazing with our commercial accounts. If they lose her they will be definitely be losing a couple of personal and commercial accounts.

    Well let’s say they allow anyone to deposit or withdraw from the atm but not inside when you have the credentials for said account. I sent my son to deposit my daughters change into my account and they didn’t allow it cause I needed to be there I’ve deposited before into an account that wasn’t mine when I was lending someone money and they allow it. But now they said no what’s the difference from doing it at the atm and going inside. Let’s just hope if some generous person is giving away free money and trying to put it into my account they don’t stop them from doing it.
