Great customer service. Always very courteous & profesional.
I think we’ll be changing to this bank next week. They provided a fantastic Charro Days fiesta celebration for Brownsville last night.
The inside of the bank is beautiful and the bank is from the Rio Grand Valley.
They act all nice smiling all the time but they never make it right for the customer. If you have an issue with your account you have to forcefully wait for “your officer “ that opened your account to help you .If that person is not there or out , there’s nothing you can do. They give you the run around and will not resolve your issue until days after. Shame on all team members and especially BRANCH MANAGER from Brownsville for not handling customer issues asap.
They have their main offices very far away and one has to wait a long time to open an account for the same
