Conveniently placed bank in historic downtown Brownville, right down the main strip across from Palm Lounge on Elizabeth street. Brightly lit at night. Both drive-thru and outdoor walkup ATM available. Glad this is available because I’m horrible with carrying cash and their are always tends to be cute craft shops set up to purchase jewelry, for cash only.
If you guys go to this bank check your money before walking out I got Robbed by the teller we came up a short on the with draw baut when going back in the bank 10 minutes later her draw was correct.
Long wait times not enough workers poor customer service really disappointed….
There’s a huge line and only one teller. Theres other bankers but they’re being lazy while the line gets longer. Valley work ethic.the manager is an obese middle aged man and the workers are all young pretty girls. He probably harasses them.
They never answer their phones. I was literally 2 hours calling and it will leave me hanging or tell me they were away from desk and i called several numbers no one answered. I called the boca chica branch and they answer right away
