Great customer service, and yes there was a bit of a wait time, but the bank representatives and tellers made sure to access our needs and were so helpful and thankful for that we entered the door. If you ever need help, ask Patricia Ledezma, Jessica, and Eva. 5/5 stars.
My first time at the IBC Main Branch and my experience totally exceeded my expectations. There was a few people there before me but the customer service representatives were working diligently to take care of others and get to next customer. I had the pleasure of having Stephanie help me. She was very professional and friendly. She addresses my concerns with a smile on her face and took care of my unauthorized charges.
