I stopped here to create a few bank accounts.
The Customer Service was great, very courteous and helpful.
The manager was very helpful and kept everyone productive.
This was a process that took some time, but they did try their best to service as quick but efficient as possible.
I will be banking more with this bank, and I hope they can keep up the good work!
Terrible, terrible knowledge of they’re own policies! Every time I went in to a teller I was given a different story of how things worked. Calling in to customer service is worse. Please don’t lose your money here!!
The personnel at this branch need some professional training in customer service. I have had two disappointing visits at this branch. We deal with a vendor whose office is in Laredo, Tx and out of courtesy we were making deposits of his payments into the Branch located inside the HEB in Brownsville, Tx. Unfortunately the ladies who work there don’t greet you or are courteous, they lack that special something you get at other banks called …. customer service. Will inform vendor that his business checks will no longer be deposited at this branch. We will instead mail checks to him and he can deposit them in the city where he banks because no one needs to be subjected to this kind of unprofessional behavior.

The tellers don’t listen to u the first time. I had to repeat myself several different times. They are rude and they don’t greet there costumer
Very disappointed with this bank. Made an honest mistake and incurred overdraft charges that they wouldn’t not recover. I will be closing all accounts with them as they seemed to have no heart for a customer with an honest mistake.
