We went in to get a insurance check endorsed and was told by Alma Loredo that she couldn’t help us because she was going to lunch in 30 minutes. They sent us away and told us to come back. When we did we saw her in her office helping another customer. She saw us and left without helping us
Went to open an account was told to sit and wait and employees were too busy Joking around and didn’t seem to care about assisting customers.
