By far the worst credit union in the permian basin. My wife has to go in twice a week to request a stop payment of a trufit gym membership. The excuse is ” someone with an acct # that is one number off from yours keeps charging it to your acct.” She has filled out a stop payment form multiple times to no avail. The branch manager in Andrews said that there is nothing else they can do, that we need to get ahold of trufit’s corporate office to straighten it out.
I use the drive-thru just off time. They are always kind and efficient you leave with a feeling of a brighter day.
I’ve been with Complex since 2012. They are my go to when I need a vehicle loan. They’re always very professional and make the process quick and easy. I’ll definitely continue to do business with them. Thank you Complex!
The app doesn’t work half the time I have had to have my password changed now the card shuts its self down if it’s a unknown transaction which my unknown transactions was some truck parts off a website I have used this card for almost 3 years and I still can’t stand there hours or that they don’t have an emergency contact info so if on a Friday if your card shuts down but there closed till 8:30 Monday morning and you have to get up to go to the rig at 4 am and you don’t have service then your back in town by 6 guess what there closed when if they had it I could’ve just called Saturday or got the emergency contact info and could’ve had my card back open
