Absolutely ridiculous. Just had card hacked for 50 charges from Apple pay – they want to charge me 25$ per charge to dispute.
Where’s the fraud protection? Why not flagged? that someone can continuously hit from Apple pay 50 times and empty an account. Not the first issue by any means. Always something.. They have gotten rid of some horrible people (Graham) locally but so much is still lacking. Use Herring and they will use up your patience and money.
After 7 years of owning an account we pay $1400 for a month (cannabis industry) the service at this bank is still the worst in the industry.
Customer focus is lacking. Had all my paperwork for a new account ready to go for when licensing followed. When we opened they told us we needed to reapply and that is taking months. Now I have checks piling up with no where to cash them. Payroll and expenses are all waiting on the bank. Wish they communicated and cared about their affect on my business.
Had to deal with one of the notary people leann. She is the worst definition of a human I have ever come across. Her attitude and behavior is so unbecoming and unprofessional.cany believe that’s she has a job interacting with people!!! Will never open an account at that bank…my interaction with everyone else was amazing!
Love the staff! I get great service when I’m there in person. But I’ve had absolutely atrocious luck with phone customer service. Whether it was getting banking login or card issues fixed, or a myriad of other things, the over the phone customer service is always a nightmare. Today I spent a total of 30 minutes on hold to raise my card limit, and was told by a robot that I had to just leave message. 3 hours later and no one has called me back. There has been numerous issues with the online banking going down (servers they said). These issues have caused realworld issues/delays in my business. It’s unfortunate when you spend $750/month to bank somewhere, but constantly running into customer service headaches.
UPDATE*: Terrible experience on the phone with customer service once again. Shirley gave me the runaround for 10 minutes, putting me on hold multiple times, only to tell me she couldn’t raise my card limit for the day. Not only have I been authorized to do this (I’m the controller for the business) for years, but I’ve done this DOZENS of times. Shirley alone has dropped my review from 2 to 1 stars. Extremely frustrating experience.
