Great bank with a good hometown feel, there’s a review that claims they don’t cash checks drawn off accounts at Interbank for non account holders, this is not true. They don’t even charge a fee for this service to non-account holders as long as the account the check is drawn off of is at Interbank. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a local bank that will remember your name!

Mr. Chad Taylor has returned to this branch. I had a prior negative experience that has been resolved through Mr. Taylor and my prior 1 star is back to 5 stars! Love the local bank experience!
This is the worst branch of this bank. I have been banking with this bank for over 10 years and never had a problem at the Waxahachie or the midlothian branch. This branch here has given me so many problems and are always so rude. They never have time to do anything to help. I will be closing the account here and moving elsewhere. They won’t let me deposit a check into my account.
Top notch. BEST customer service. Been banking there for 15+ years. I have never had so much as a single issue. The MOST convenient bank in Granbury for sure. The staff is by far the best part. They truly go out of their way to accommodate, even non-standard requests.
