Have had an account here for my business and a girl that works there decided she didn’t like our business and started harassing us and sending messages saying our money will disappear, so do not trust this bank. We called the bank and they will not do anything about it. We also had to contact the lawyer.
I have been very happy with FNB Acton location for many years but for the last 9 months I have NOT been able to use my Mac-Book Pro on line to process on line bill payment in order to send a check . I have contacted them at least 4 times about the issue and can not get any solid answers on when I can use my Mac_Book for this service again. I am made to set up FireFox and reset my browser every time I need to sent a check.
The people of this branch are the most helpful and careing I’ve ever experienced from a bank.
