I love this branch of Southside Bank. Cadie and staff are very friendly and helpful every time I have gone into the bank. I’ve been very impressed in the nine months I’ve been in Granbury. It helps to have a great bank.
I opened up a business account and got a vehicle loan last year, the Granbury location was the best! Macey Spikes was my account manager and made it so easy to work with. She explained everything that was going on and what I needed to do… the process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I will be getting another loan soon and Macey is the person I will go see!
I’ve always had great experiences with the staff of this bank for the past 12 years. The current manager, Cadie, is very friendly and knowledgeable and goes all the way to make sure everything goes smoothly. I’ve never had a problem banking here and will continue to do so as long as I can.
