To the other reviewer, every bank charges a service fee for cashing check.
They are doing you a service, it’s kind of like your boss complaining that he has to pay you for your service. With you mindset, I guess you should work for free to start the pay it forward.
Horrible solutions when it comes to taking care of their customers who have been scammed. More focused on the “POLICY” than doing the right thing. I was scammed $350 and RGV refuses to give me MY MONEY back. I have banked with RGV for more than 10+ YEARS and they have the audacity to still charge me $10 for an INSTANT NEW CARD. I will be changing banks and I do not recommend RGV.
