After sold my car Tried to Deposit a check that was On my name (OR) my Wife name . The Cashier refuse to deposit the check because needs to go to a joint account. This is not true. I’m impressed how bank of America has become one of the worst banks in US. The training that they provide to the employees is null and costumer service is 0 . Please try to avoid this bank and this location.
On 2/2/24 Antoinette assisted me w/my transaction needs. She was fast and courteous processing my transaction. There were no issues and everything was seamless. She had me in and out within 5mins! The only suggestion for improvement I could make is that it seems sometimes they’re short staffed w/just 1 teller 1 banker and that is a little frustrating at times.

This branch closes too early for reasonable working class people to come in. They also haven’t had working ATMs in half a year and I know because I’ve been attempting to withdraw from this branch many monthly.
This location is janky. Every time I go to use their drive thru atm it is broken.
