    Deposited my check through mobile banking with these guys and they put a 7 day hold on my check. Tried to get my money cleared ahead of those 7 days and They gave me the run around. Told me to call n fax a number they provided me with and did so, later to find that that the number they gave me was wrong. Now I have to pay my bills late. Definitely switching banks . .

    Disappointed with the decision to not offer a dedicated business cashier line because it was not the Managers priority. This location promised to provide such service, when I entered I asked one of the employees if the commercial line was open and she said no but for me to line up on that line. The manager told me he didn’t know why I insisted to use the commercial line and I told him I was directed to do so. I asked him do you want me to move to the back of the line and he said yes that he was the Manager not the other employee. I think he was wrong to close the commercial line offered under available services and even worse to not stand by his team after I was told I could use the commercial line, is always best to stand by your team and not to pull the I am the manager not her. In general I always have pleasant service there maybe the manager can learn something from his team and service the customers. I will look for options in the future, maybe look for another location.

    Everyone at the Dixieland branch is extremely knowledgable and courteous. Elizabeth did an outstanding job addressing all of my questions. Because of her depth of banking knowledge and expertise, she was able to understand and answer all of my questions on the phone. I was able to complete everything that I needed by using my IBC app and avoided an unecessary trip to the bank.

    Very bad customer service. I just experienced racial profiling at this establishment by a teller called Annette. I went into the location attempting to cash a check. The entire time she was making faces she denied check just by saying oh you have to contact maker. I contacted the maker she mentioned that she herself has experienced racial discrimination. Fortunately, I went to another wellsfargo they cashed it with no problems.
