    Eduardo the bank teller was so sweet & very helpful. I get anxiety and didn’t want to say the amount I needed out loud so I wrote it on a piece of paper and he was so amazing followed my instructions! i needed two envelopes that’s exactly what he did I truly appreciate it him a lot.
    Great service! Clean lobby! smells good! Lots of parking spot!

    I came into the Monfort Tollway branch to attempt to open a savings account. I was told to go online.

    I then told the Teller (who was training a new person) that I don’t have space on my phone for the app and that I have glaucoma. I asked do you guys have brochures on information regarding savings account rates? I was told again to go online.

    My debit card was torn and I needed a new one. I was told a 3rd time to go online and “there should be an app you can use with assistive technology”.

    I then asked her when did Wells Fargo become so anti customer service? And for her name. She proudly gave me her name as if to say—> I am not going to just treat you badly, I am going to do it with pride and violate your civil rights under the ADA act.

    I am taking my money elsewhere. 12-20-23

    I walked in to do a wire transfer and got assisted by Odalys. Odalys reviewed my situation and confirmed I was being scammed by someone online. She helped me out tremendously and saved me from losing any money. I couldn’t be more thankful for her outstanding knowledge and professional skills. Please, to whoever is reading this, give Odalys much praise in the workplace! I was very happy with my experience, despite the scary situation, but Odalys gave me great reassurance.

    Sitting here right now. Walked in. No one talked to me. No one looked up. I’m closing my accounts because since I opened the account I STILL don’t have access to view my accounts or access money electronically. I’ve tried multiple times. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’ve been told to talk to back office… Back office tells me to go in branch. Horrible office. I can see why BBVA was destined to be bought out with anyone with a better business acumen. RIP.
