Apparently all the bankers go on lunch at 11 AT THE SAME TIME, and whoever is left there won’t tell you anything unless you go ask after waiting for 30 minutes…
I have gone to several other lenders only to be given false promises. Rebecca and Jeff were upfront with what they can do and at closing it was exactly as they mentioned. Closed a commercial real estate loan with no hiccups on their part. Definitely recommend them for your real estate and banking needs.
