Gor here at 1:30 pm, was told they were going to take care of my issue in just a few minutes. Waited 1hour and 40 minutes and they still said “sorry for the inconvenience but we can’t help you with the rush debit card, we can’t even give you a temporary card because we don’t issue does anymore”
I drove from a different branch with an escalation agent on the line because Mohammed told the agent they will take care of my problem.
Extremely unprofessional and not willing to help at all.

I came home from being away for six months and before I left customer service was outstanding now it’s mediocre the new manager is nothing like the previous manager she doesn’t smile she always looks angry and she makes me feel very uncomfortable as for the tellers they are phenomenal I was really sad to see one of them leave but from my understanding working with the new managers very uncomfortable and I completely understand because I complained about it immediately banks are supposed to be like your hairdresser I don’t know that I’m going to continue to be happy there with her managing during this time of you want to kind of keep as many Comforts of life that you can so I’m hoping to see better changes with my bank life think I might leave to
I used to make deposits for my company here. At least once a month they lose a check during my deposit and it takes weeks to recover it. Of course, I always have to drive back up there because they will not under any circumstances answer their phone. Currently a $4500 dollar check is missing from my deposit receipt and while I have the stub and a slip I am under scrutiny from my job again. Never go to this branch. They either have some employee trying to defraud customers or they are so disorganized that they can lose a check within moments of receiving it. Which is worse?
Today I walked into Chase Bank and was just standing there, no acknowledgement or anything. Bank tellers are just chatting away and then when I finally said something they had the nerve to have an attitude about ignoring me and my needs. And then when people came in after me they got greeted immediately. This branch is definitely racist and lacks any kind of professional Customer service. There ATM didn’t even work. I hope they get shutdown for being a prejudice bank.
