At this day and age when mobile apps have replaced tellers, it is a breath of fresh air to see smiling faces when you open the front door of a bank. I am talking about everyone I encountered at this Chase branch, from security guard to teller to personal banker. Thank you for holding onto what’s important to us, a real relationship between client and banker!

Good customer service. Very professional staff. Just didn’t realize that you can’t use their debit cards with Apple Pay. Not sure I’ll keep the account now. But I do like that you get notifications for credit and debit postings almost instantly.
So far, so good. Dealt in-person with Peggy. Very nice woman. Professional, pleasant, speedy. We are new customers, but from everything I can see, this bank looks like a reputable, good, ol’ fashioned institution. No weirdo concierge bubbleheads at the door wheeling around laptops and handing out pointless literature or trying to upsell pointless products.
The customer service at sis branch is very good very professional. The atmosphere is very inviting and the ladies there are always very friendly and I have never had a problem when I go into the office. For the most part, I always get my customer service from Christina and she is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend the Tyler branch 100%
