Horrible bank manager, rude and impatient staff!! Do not come here and definitely don’t trust them with your money! Chanel McCarthy is a horrible bank manager with a horrible attitude, if you hate your job so much get a better one. Stop taking your bad choices out on innocent people.
I have been banking at Members for several years and Laura Chairez has always given excellent customer service. She is friendly, knowledgeable and lets us know when the bank has good promotions on their products. I highly recommend this bank because they treat their customers well.
I just spent 3 HOURS IN LINE because THIS lady spent those entire 2 HOURS on only one person while 10 of us wait in line because she was clueless on what to do in her own job. And after finishing that one person she left for lunch and left us waiting. Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. Would not recommend.
Ive had my deposit slip ready, literally waiting 25 mins when vehicles were already here when I pulled in. Now im way late for work and still waiting.
The crew is very nice and super helpful. Anieth Silva was particularly nice. She helped me open an account and guided me through the process of getting access to my online banking. I will definitely recommend working with this branch.
