I always go to the location in San Benito but today I decided to go this one since i was in the area. I was trying to cash in my husband’s check for him because he’s incarcerated. I had a letter with power of attorney allowing me do these things on his behalf. The lady in the front was rude, I tried to explain that I had the letter and she was just like, “no, I’m not gonna do that for you” she had the check in her hand and letter but didn’t bother to look at it. So I snatched it from her and told her I’ll be going elsewhere. I was able to cash it at the location I always go to. I will never come to this location ever again. If would have totally understood if they weren’t able to cash it but the way she talked to me was what got me mad. I didn’t get her name but she had blonde-ish highlights.
I like ibc at Eldridge because for few years I have a acc in this branch I always recived good customer service manager and all employees are always ready to help you if you need any services or help they trying resolve the problem I recommend this branch to all
