A great facility for both business/personal banking & venue for events/meetings. It’s a beautiful facility located on the Southside. Laurie Lerma the Branch Manager is very accommodating, professional, and personable. I appreciate everything she does regarding her banking services and event coordination services.
Amazing service from Jeremy Flemings at the 7770 Highway 6N location!
I needed a signature guarantee (NOT a medallion signature guarantee) on a form in order to open an account with the US Treasury. I knew for a fact from the Bank of America website that this service is provided to customers (customers of at least 6 months).
I went to 2 different locations (before coming to this one) and were automatically told: “We don’t provide that service here.” Once, I was even told that before the employee even looked at my form.
Jeremy at the 7770 HWY6N location took a look at my form and immediately recognized it. He said he started seeing the forms more frequently about a month ago and had to look into Bank of America procedures to confirm if this was a service offered by the bank.
Jeremy had great customer service and I appreciated him for simply making the effort to confirm before automatically answering no.
Great bank, safety is their main concern. I will always use this bank
I just signed up for a business account today, and Stephanie Garcia, the assistant branch manager, helped me with it. The entire process was smooth and easy thanks to her help and knowledge. She gave me her recommendations for which kind of account to open so I went with her advice.
