    Only giving 2 star because of Farhana. I believe she needs to be coached on customer service. She barely acknowledged my presence when I was the only one in line. Nor did she speak to me at all during my time being assisted with her. She literally has a mean look on her face. Everyone else is so pleasant as soon as you walk in but her.

    They always treat me and my daughter nice. But I see a lot of customer on the phone when the lady keep asking them What they need? I Think that is so rude. Been on the phone when someone is talking to you.

    This location is AWFUL! They treat you like they are doing YOU a favor by letting you bank there. There is no customer service, no eye contact, no hello how are you. Just give me your stuff and move on. Before the branch manager ran all the staff off and replaced basically EVERYONE in this location, it was great. They remembered you, were friendly and polite, you felt you had a personal relationship. Now, I’m closing my account after 9 years after several awful experiences by my husband and I. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

    This location tends to be busier than any other branches near by. I always come to this location to do business with BofA and I have met great people who work in the teller windows and in the offices and they are always very efficient and faster with transactions. However, lately with recent shortages of employees that I have noticed, line gets longer and is hard to come by during my lunch break because there is always people in line. My respect for those who I see every week working extremely hard keeping this branch running and helping customers every day. The reason for my negative review is that I seen other BofA branches very slow and they always have people standing around while this location is struggling a lot and whoever is running this market is doing a HORRIBLE job for not supporting this location with staff. I hope BofA do something about it to support this location and bring more experienced staff to support this branch because having one or two employees in the teller window is not enough☹️.

    What’s the point of giving cards with your number if yall can’t answer the phone. Like seriously. Good service yes but can’t even answer the phone. Should report to bbb and cfpb since yall take nothing seriously.
