Friendly and polite customers service.
Having banked at this branch since it opened many years ago, and having had only superior service there, it’s surprising so see a sourpuss describe it as the “worst” branch. Hmm, are we to believe this customer does business at every Amegy branch? Manager Martin is remarkably patient and courteous. I have seen her go out of her way often to help customers who needed more time. Once, when my car’s generator died while at the drive-in window, I could not get the car out of “park.” Two young tellers rescued me, showing me how to release the car from “park.” We moved it backward to the parking lot, and I waited only briefly for a tow truck. Talk about above-and-beyond service! That positive attitude is typical of this branch and its long history.
This is a wonderful branch that clearly cares about their customers and knows how to help them! I went into this bank this morning because of a document discrepancy issue (not their fault) that resulted in my business account being restricted. The bank manager clearly understood how critical it was to get this fixed. She got me in with one of the bankers immediately and then she actually personally took over helping me when he had to work with another customer. It took a couple hours, but they were great and so helpful! The issue was resolved before I left!
This is the worst banking experience i have ever had. They dont make deposites in a timely manner.
For instance i get paid friday i dont see my money til teusday. Customer service is horrible. Go to bank of america….the most amazing banking you will ever get. This place is horrible. They are in business because of thier fees. Ill pay thier closing fe to get out of this situation.
Worst Bank Experience Ever!!! Walzem Dr. Bank is Slowest, I’ve been waiting 15 min on Motor Bank and ask for the return of my money because they never do the deposit I wanted to do, I will better change to Bank of America.
