5 Reviews on “Chase Bank”
Called for a simple request. The guy told me that there was no reason for him to do it for me. I made a call to another branch. I was told they can do it.
Chase is engaging in discrimination against elderly and disabled individuals. Upon depositing a check, Chase notified us that they suspected the check to be fraudulent and attempted to contact our client who had paid us for services rendered. However, their calls went straight to voicemail. Chase informed me that they would ban the business checking account within 10 days if they couldn’t verify the check’s legitimacy. Despite several attempts, the calls were unsuccessful because Chase’s 1-800 number has been identified as a spam number and was automatically sent to the voicemail of my elderly, disabled client.
Chase is discriminating against clients who are elderly and disabled as a result of their unfair verification practices that can only be conducted via phone. Clients who are deaf, lack access to Wi-Fi, are mentally or physically disabled to answer the phone, or live in assisted living facilities are facing discrimination due to Chase’s unjust verification process. As a consequence of the stress of the transaction, our client has experienced physical ailments. Are Americans with disabilities and limited access to technology not afforded the same rights and privileges in the US banking system as other citizens?
I have been a customer since the 90’s and most branches are just fine. However, these folks seem to WANT a reason to not help. I have never been so frustrated as I was with them. The Grant Road (Lakewood) is the total opposite and VERY helpful. I have heard this branch was bad, and unfortunately found it to be true. If Google would let me give no stars, I would
I put a substantial amount of money in a non interest bearing checking account for a reason, the problem is I do not want a statement mailed, and their website is over the top with the security questions…..you will have to answer questions like who was your fav college professor? What is the last name of your oldest maternal cousin? Yep, already have to move my money——my opinion too hard to do business with!
My experience was outstanding, with services that met all my needs efficiently. Senior Banker Steven Perez, in particular, provided exceptional service, combining professional expertise with a personable attitude that made me feel valued. The bank’s convenient location further enhanced my overall positive experience.
