5 Reviews on “Chase Bank”
Definitely horrible service. They refused to open an account and asked me to wait for 30min with many banker available.
Horrible service. Since the new manager took over the customer service and overall experience is just Nasty.
This morning one of my employees went to the branch to cash a check and they gave them all kind of excuses not to do so. After almost an hour of waiting and calling back and forth I had to drive to the location to find out what happened.
After a short talk with a teller telling me that the funds were available and that everything was in order that the African American woman that serves as a manager didn’t wanted to cash it. I directed my self to her and with the nastiest attitude she looked and me and told the cashier to approve it.
I don’t understand what is going on but one thing is for sure. I am closing my account and going elsewhere.
I was completely discriminated on this bransh to the manager when I want open my commercial account I not recomend
Ronnie Carter was great at handling my issue after contacting prestige days before and it was not successful but all positive results as customer concerns are priority. Big Thanks to Ronnie for tackling my concerns at the late hours and start of the work day as a follow up. This is great customer service.
Wish I could give a ZERO. I have never experienced a “bank” like this. Employees and manager seem to enjoy making the customer look like a fool. I am 73 years old and a retired Veteran. A few weeks ago I asked the Manager if I had to stop payment on an autopay I had was there a fee and she said yes but they would wave the fee for me. I told her I was not sure if I would have to do this. A few days ago I had to stop payment on this company so I went back in. The “Senior” representative waited on me and I explained how I had talked to the manager and about waiving the fee. She consulted with the manager and said they would. I waited 30 minutes for them to stop payment and still they told me they would have to call me back and confirm. Any other bank will do this over the phone in 5 minutes. A day later they called back and left a message that it was done. I looked online at my account and they charged me $35. I went in this morning and all they did was insult me but finally removed the fee. This is the branch inside an HEB store on Fry Road, Katy Texas. I think it is time for a new bank.
