Extremely disappointed with the lack of respect and customer service at Chase Bank by gentleman named Louis. Despite being a loyal customer of Chase for 20 years, I was turned away for a business account simply because I arrived five minutes past my appointment time. No consideration for loyalty or understanding of the situation. This experience reflects poorly on the bank’s values and priorities. Disheartened and considering taking my business elsewhere.
$10 – non-member check cashing for paychecks ☹

1 atm outside. Being serviced. No access at all to lobby atm either.
1/22/24 the teller deposited my cash into the wrong account. If they do this again, I’m switching banks.
11:30 got in line to do deposit at lavernia location. One car had just drove off.there was two cars in front of me. When parked. By the time it was my turn it was 12:01 they had closed and closed their blindes. This location needs more employees. Or set cones. Just very disappointing sitting in line for 30 min.
15 dollars fee for a debit card is ridiculous. Haven’t had to order one in almost 5 years and still had to pay.
25+ year Customer and i just CLOSED my account. It is a huge shame as i was a devoted customer of Wells Fargo. I had a couple home mortgages throughout this period and even kept a fairly large balance. Banks can only function with customer deposits….but i was one long-term customer they treated poorly. I must say, that Chris Nagle is wonderful!! He completely understands the issue and i commend him for his focus on customer service!! But the management above him, the VP, is complacent and not willing to go above and beyond for long-term loyal customers. It’s so interesting to see over this period the value of brick and mortar banking evolve. I was a traditional customer and wanted a local” bank to meet my needs. But i can now see that your typical retail bank will change and this type of banking will likely disappear. For those that want to place a CD at Wells Fargo, BEWARE. They are NOT flexible at all when it comes to notification to NOT renew. Their policy requires a BANK VISIT to NOT RENEW a CD. This seems ridiculous in a world of computers!! and you are allowed to create a CD account online….but you CANNOT terminate it ONLINE. I will warn future customers. The fine print says a CALL to your banker or even the generic 1,800 line can be sufficient….but it isn’t. And this is where the discrepancy between what a Wells Fargo local bank is told and what Corporate is doing. Wells Fargo renewed my CD at a rate well below market. so basically they were stealing from a long term customer. and would not release my funds unless i paid a penalty fee. they supposedly elevated this to some sort of executive committee who was supposed to contact me. NOBODY contacted me….i even tried to give them a chance and called them and was told that someone would call. but nothing.

I love my WOODFOREST Bank, been a loyal customer for 17 years. The team are friendly and very helpful . A big high five to Pedro for going above and beyond. This bank is a family oriented place.
