Everything has gone smoothly from changing my pin on my card to exchanging currencies for vacation. Called me when currency was delivered to bank.
Horrible service. I came here to open a business account and they gave me the run around. It seems the manager didn’t want to open the account for me. She kept going to the back with my documents. She then told me that she couldn’t open an account for me because she couldn’t verify my info and tried to imply my document were fake. They made me feel horrible. I called the irs in front of them to have to irs tell them that what’s on my paper was correct and then she opened the account.
I have a chase in the Galleria area that is way closer from my office, but I always choose to come here! Their staff is super nice and welcoming and are always willing to help. I was very impressed by their customer service!
