Cortney Lawson was so helpful in guiding me through the process of refinancing my home. She was very confident and knowledgeable and from the first time I spoke with her over the phone, I knew Guaranty was the place for me to get this done. She kept me informed as to what to expect each step of the way. I would not hesitate but go straight to Cortney should the need arise in the future.
The workers and bankers are never available, they are rude, I do not recommend this branch at all, they make you want to close accounts with them. They give Chase a bad image.
This location is fantastic, and Reynaldo was able to help me through the issues I was having. Great customer service experience! I believe these older reviews are from different staff, and the new staff here are all kind. The wait is not long, and everyone is attentive. This is a fantastic location!

Shash and Devonte went out of their way to help me when I arrived just 6 minutes before closing. This location is out of my way normally but I would come back just to have the same experience.
Wow! The reviews are brutal on here. I can’t speak for the representatives inside, as I have never been inside. But the ladies through the drive thru have always been very polite and efficient. I have always thought of this location as a good one. Even before I lived on this side of town I would always go through this drive thru as it was close to work and where family lives. I will make sure I don’t go inside and stick to the drive thru. Thank you ladies on drive thru
