if u want a safety deposit box don’t come here….only one person can let u in and she is always busy….typically over a 20 min wait….parking is also limited
They know nothing about their job. I asked if they provide Home equity line of credit and none of them knew what that is and If you want to experience a bad day just try them to see how rude they are!
This is a very wonderful branch . The staff is smart they pay attention to me as a customer. They do not waste any time , they always listen carefully to my problems and care about me very much. I like the attention that I receive , the community is very pleasing , I appreciate their work. My good friend Priscilla, Stan , Anieth and Bella are a few out of the most of the staff that are always very pleasing and understanding with my problems and very quick to find solutions.
This is the worst location. The ATM is broke every time! Every time! And I only come here once a month for deposits and not on the same day. Drive thru lines are always backed up. When the ATM is working you can’t ever see the screen from the sun damage / glare.
Truity Credit Union, especially the branch at ConocoPhillips in Houston, is the best credit union or banking institution with which I have every interacted. The staff are always professional, kind, courteous, helpful and sincerely interested in my banking needs.
