I love this place. I had some $1’s and I traded them for a $100 and the guy gave me a new $100 bill. He did so because “I gave him the crisp $1’s” give that man a raise he had part blonde hair and a beard. And the transition only took literally a few seconds.
These men in suits need to get training on how to be a better customer service. They don’t acknowledge people walking in.
They know my whole family and its a little creepy how much they know about their customers but i appreciate the company’s initiative to become familiar with customers. All the staff is very sweet and caring.
Trash.. the customer service is trash. They leave you waiting in line with free teller walking around doing nothing. Sucks!!
Waited over an hour so my son can open a savings account. If you’re going to make customers wait this long at least have a bathroom we can use. The teller said I could “feel free to go over to Target or Walmart” to use the bathroom there. Seriously? Wow. Your customer service is really terrible. Also, there were 2 bankers when we signed in. One called someone’s name on the waitlist, they weren’t there, so that employee walked to another room and never came back. The second left for lunch. Another employee came from the tellers area to start helping customers on the waitlist. When he finished with one customer he took awhile to call the next. In between that time I watched a woman come out of a door at the back of his office area, show him something she colored, (literally colored with crayola markers) walk it up to the tellers, show it off to them, listened to all their joking and shenanigans, all while there are people still waiting. Im really surprised by the lack of consideration to your customers at this particular bank. To anyone reading this, I recommend going to the other location by the hospital instead!
