Horrible experience . Bad service. I went to open business account and gave ( Bruce) the manager all documents needed , sat there for 2 hours and he didn’t know how to do it then he said he will have it ready the next day for signature and willl call me . After no call for 2 weeks I went over to get my documents back, Bruce couldn’t find it . They are not trust worthy people. No customer service at all.
I have been working with the bank for several years and find the service great and the staff incredibly warm and appreciative of my business. During the pandemic, they helped me with my business issues knowledgeably and quickly. They are all competent and you should really check them out.
I just recently opened a checking and savings, im glad to say that it was such an easy experience, and straight forward. Ask for Valerie, she is amazing at what she does, she’s ready for all types of questions, definitely recommend this bank!
