Absolutely useless. Employees would rather hide in the managers office than do their job. Refused to deposit a stimulus check. Deposited a TWC check then had to wait 2 weeks for them to magically find it when they told me it had never been cashed by them. Straight shady. This location needs a complete overhaul. Or just shut it down.
Also notice that not a single review newer than 3 years ago is positive. Stay AWAY until corporate fixes this location.
Called today to request some documents and they were so helpful. Destiny was very nice and was able to help me access those documents quickly!
I wish have the opportunity to give them 0 star but it doesn’t exist 😕 they are the worst bank with the worst service ever. The only one refusing to give me a letter saying the time that I been having an account with them, I don’t know why this is impossible for them. I just deeply upset with my self for staying with them for so long, a complete waste of my time and money because they also charge fees for everything.
If you’re looking for exceptional customer service to open up a new account with Chase and Eric Mangin was my customer service rep and he is off the chain good 😊 if you want Excellent customer service make sure when you come in and open up account on West Gray to ask for Eric he is the best he’s fast his accurate. He opened up two accounts and less than no time. I’m very satisfied with my choice so Please make sure you ask him to come in . Thanks Eric!
This bank is the slowest I’ve ever seen. Trying to close my dad account after he passed away. Been here over a hour. Talked to manager and she said I needed to use a banker I said ok waited on him to show up. Then he calls me in and he don’t know what he’s doing cause he keeps going back and fourth to the managers office. This one reason I hate WellsFargo La Vernia.
