Everyone at the branch on FM 529 is AMAZING!!!! They make you feel like family. They take of all your banking needs with professionalism, but also know each of your children’s names. I would recommend this bank to anyone and I do. They really are a wonderful bank with a TERRIFIC team!!!!! My husband does also sometimes use the Conroe branch and says they are fantastic there too.

Went in with the intention of transferring banks. Had to text some number before starting so the bankers could be tracked. (kind of weird). Then got decline for a credit card when I have good credit and no problems with finances (took me 5 min to get a new card when I went home). I think it’s because the banker was to lazy to input my work/address history in full telling me it “would not matter”. Also, the bathrooms were not very nice/clean.
