    Do not bank here. They charged my husbands account $10 a month for two years. Multiple times we tried to get this issue resolved before we went in to see Alexandria Boyd. We were told the charge was because statements in the mail were getting sent back. She did try to help at first, but ended up telling us our address must be “invalid” and to “take it up with the post office.” That’s not true because we had received other pieces of mail from them. She wouldn’t refund him and said signing up for E statements would fix the problem. So we did and the next month…still charged. He finally went to another branch and the lady was very kind and said this was an error. So this was never due to an invalid address or mail getting sent back. This was the 5th time we tried. This lady refunded him as much as she could but he still never got a full refund. I can not wait to leave this bank when I get the time to switch all my auto payments back to ABC.

    Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone. One of the only reasons my wife and I started banking here is because of a home town feel instead of an automated big corporate business. Bye bye to that, and bye bye to our business.

    Great customer service, always greeted when entering.
    My only complaint is when they switched from VISA to MasterCard, Google Pay support was lost. Also, there still isn’t support for Samsung Pay. Other than that they are a friendly professional institution.

    I have done business with FB&T for roughly 8 years. I have had the WORST experience here for the past 6 months. My personal banker seems to always be out of the office, unavailable, or doesn’t know how to help me. I recently closed my account, and even that wasn’t done correctly. With that being said, Alexandra is the person to talk to if you need assistance here. She is very quick to get the answers I need and is always happy to help! She is the only reason I kept this account so long. Her customer service is always top notch and she is always willing to help (even if it’s not her department). Thank you, Alexandra!!

    I wish I could give 0 stars!! I’ve been calling this branch for the last 3 weeks and I’m overseas wasting my time waiting on my accounts manager to finally do his job but so far been waiting 3 weeks for a response from him but nothing. They blocked my card and I’m outside the country with no working debit card. Bad service!!!
