Been a customer for 7 years and it seems every year the customer service has gone to the pot. You call 5 minutes before they close, and if you are luck if you talk to someone locally. I have always respected and recommended this bank, but no more.
I use their online app. 3 days ago there is no account. I guess it disappeared. Customer support has not responded in 3 days.
Miranda and Lauren helped me resolve my deposit problem. Although the way the system is ran is questionable they were able to pinpoint my problem and help resolve it. For a bank to take over a day to deposit into a savings account and not letting a customer speak with the right people because they don’t have credit may be problematic. Hence the three stars but the help provided allowed the problem to be solved.
Terrible place to do business would not recommend anyone to this place I’ve been a customer here for 8 years and the service has just got worse every year if you have an account here would highly recommend closing as well..
Of course there intention is never to meet the customer expectations nor satisfaction
