Great Bank
Me and my husband love this bank, never had any problems with them unlike aim bank which always manipulated our account so we were always in the hole every week. Wouldn’t dream of switching to another bank!
Slow
The service to me is slow rude an unprofessional!! Need more training or different job
There’s a reason they only have 3.5 stars at the beginning they were a great bank. But no reason money should be pending for days. Sat in the drive through line for 30 mins getting different answers vs what I was getting on the phone with an employee. Their answer changed multiple times, “supervisor” which she was an officer didn’t handle the situation in a friendly matter. I think any customer after 30 mins and different answers would be frustrated!
